wednesday thoughts (on thursday)

Are you tired of my new photographing corner yet?  I cannot help but to love it (and therefore use it for every photograph I've recently taken).  Here is a candid shot of my vintage book tower - no staging~

I love the color palette in this photograph...the stuffie is from SleepyKing (I bought it before she became the famous stuffie gal that she is...she once told me she was embarrassed by it but I treasure it to pieces) -

I've been scrambling some ideas around for sewing skirts and I've just about made my mind up to start today but (dun, dun, d-uuu-n) my house is a glorified dump-of-sorts right now.  Is it possible to find the balance between all of our roles?  Mother, housekeeper, student, wife, Christian, artist and chauffer...I cling to living simply but the world still weasles chaos and stress into my mind~  Wow, what a downer this post turned into...all is good.  I'm going to be super-woman today...laundry, dishes and skirts will be completed by 5:20pm this evening!!!  I better get started~
